Yes. Ms Chan offers a trial lesson so your child can experience the teaching style before committing. Reach out via the form or WhatsApp to arrange this.

Classes are capped at a maximum of 6 students. Most run with 2–5. This ensures every child gets meaningful attention during each session — not just a seat in a crowded room.

For Science and Mathematics classes, yes — Ms Chan teaches every lesson personally. There are no substitutes or last-minute replacements. For English and Humanities subjects, classes are delivered by our specialist partner tutors, who are equally consistent and dedicated to their students.

Most students notice improved confidence and clarity within the first 2–3 lessons. Measurable grade improvement typically shows within one school term. Students who attend consistently and complete their assigned practice tend to see the fastest results.

Yes. Ms Chan prepares structured notes, worksheets, and practice questions for each class. For upper secondary students, relevant past-year exam papers are incorporated into the lessons.

Please inform Ms Chan as early as possible. Make-up arrangements are subject to availability. Fees are not pro-rated for lessons missed without prior notice, but Ms Chan is understanding about genuine emergencies.

Fees are payable monthly in advance at the start of each month. PayNow and bank transfer are accepted. Ms Chan will provide payment details upon enrolment.
